Care Factor in 2012 - Looking Ahead

A belated Happy New Year! Reflecting on last year, Care Factor had many great success stories and as a result we continue to experience steady growth in 2012.
There were a number of enjoyable touch-points in 2011; being named a finalist in the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur Of the Year awards, hosting a great summer golf tournament and a terrific November Customer Appreciation event.
To quote CEO Ecky Pilz:
"I think we have a lot of success stories. We can validate to clients the type of value we have to offer."
Never one to rest on our laurels, Care Factor is heavily into planning for the next stages of company growth in all our departments. Some of these initiatives include hiring new personnel for our Calgary locations, as well as staffing for our upcoming Edmonton co-location facility led by our Director of Business Development, Michele.
We are also moving some personnel around in order to enhance our level of service and communication with our valued clients. Care Factor has evolved through innovation, incorporating new ideas, flexible solutions, and new methods to best serve our client community. Growth does not come without growing pains, but from at least one inside perspective, we're proud we’ve maintained 'business as usual'. Rest assured, you can expect to see many exciting changes this year within our organization.
