In the event of an incident, Care Factor offers clients a secure, services-ready office environment that can be accessed when normal business activities cannot be conducted from the client's usual location.

Clients can choose between two business resumption service models that provide either dedicated or shared space. 

In the dedicated model, clients receive designated space that’s usable only by their company. This space, within Care Factor’s business resumption centre, is off-limits to other clients.

In the shared model, access to this facility is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and space allocation is determined by the order in which companies declare a disaster. Care Factor will make every effort to accommodate every client but no guarantees can be provided with this choice.

Care Factor's shared business resumption space offers 22 workstations and space for 44 people. Each workstation is pre-wired with CAT 5e data wiring and comes with a power bar and telephone.
